Number 12 in the FIFA rankings Germany take on the defending champions and 4th ranked team in the world Portugal. The game will be played in Munchen, giving the Germans a home field advantage.
With the Germans losing to France in the first round, they’ll be looking for points in this one, but they can’t afford to lose. If tying for one point, Germany will still have a chance to move past the group stage in the last round vs Hungary.

Spain once again finds themselves playing at home, this time vs a Polish team ranked 21st in the world. Spain themselves are ranked 6th and after a lackadaisical effort in the first game vs Sweden, we expect them to be looking for a win in a much better effort.
Poland didn’t look good in their first game either and came away with a disappointing loss vs Slovakia. German league top scorer Robert Lewandowski will need a good performance today, but we don’t think it’ll be enough vs Spain on their home field.
